Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment and produce diagnostic images across patient age groups. You will perform general radiography and fluoroscopy as needed, transfer images via PACS, and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA.

The role requires ARRT certification, BLS, and an associate degree in radiologic technology; advanced CT certification may be required in some states. Strong attention to safety and image quality is essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT-RT or ARRT-CT certification is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced CT certification may be required depending on state.
• Prior experience with venipuncture and fluoroscopy licenses preferred.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across all age groups.
• Produce high-quality images and reformat images for radiologist review.
• Utilize PACS and teleradiology systems for image transfer.
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensure data integrity, and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and manage supply inventory.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Role Overview:

The CT Technologist operates computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional images of patients’ bones, organs, and tissues for diagnostic purposes. They perform various imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, ensuring accurate image transfer and record-keeping in compliance with confidentiality regulations.

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
