Job summary

Akumin is seeking a CT Technologist for our Riverside facility. This full-time float position emphasizes patient safety, high-quality CT imaging, and clear communication with radiologists and staff. You may train new technologists or Patient Coordinators and assist with equipment troubleshooting.

Required: ARRT CT or NMTCB CT (as allowed), state license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. A High School diploma plus an Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred, with strong customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• ARRT CT certification required or NMTCB in CT where allowed.
• State license and CPR certification.
• Active Driver’s License and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and perform high-quality CT studies.
• Communicate effectively with radiologists and customers.
• Train new technologists or Patient Coordinators as needed.
• Troubleshoot CT scanner and peripheral equipment (PACS, monitors, etc.).
