Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a CT Technologist (Float) to support Nashoba Valley, Marlborough and Groton locations. Under supervision, you will perform CT exams with contrast, gather clinical data and ensure accurate records, and operate within department policies.

You will work with Radiologists to provide timely imaging, complete documentation, and participate in daily staffing coverage across sites. Travel between Marlborough and Nashoba/Groton may be required; ARRT CT certification and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
• ARRT or NMTCB certification in diagnostic CT.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Travel between Marlborough and Nashoba/Groton may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan examinations appropriate to patient age in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Gather pertinent clinical data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Complete records, paperwork and billings accurately and promptly.
• Position and transfer patients and assist physicians with interventional exams.
• QC images and send exams to PACS for physician review.
• Assist in inventory and procurement of supplies.
• Perform CT exams with contrast media under radiologist/ER physician direction.
• Establish IV access for contrast injection as required.
