Qualifications

• Completion of a (JRCERT) accredited Radiologic Technology Program recognized by ARRT.
• Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Regular, consistent, on-site, and timely attendance.
• Collect pertinent data about the patient and procedure.
• Reconfirm patient identification and verify physician order.
• Provide information to the patient about the procedure.
• Analyze imaging parameters and optimize scanning.
• Administer contrast agents per established guidelines.
• Obtain optimum images during scan and forward to PACS.
• Document patient care and exam information in records.
• Coordinate with Centralized Scheduling, nursing units, and ER for timely orders.
• Maintain CT equipment and perform daily QC.
