Work hours are 2:30p–11:00p with weekend and on-call rotation, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

The role emphasizes safety, quality imaging, contrast administration, and collaboration with radiologists and staff to ensure timely, accurate studies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
• Illinois IEMA accreditation required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ARRT CT certification within 12 months of hire or 10+ years related experience.
• Minimum 1 year CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains patient safety throughout imaging, including screening and prep.
• Produces diagnostic-quality CT images using approved protocols.
• Apply professional judgment to optimize image quality and address challenges.
• Reviews images and initiates corrective action if needed.
• Administers contrast per policy with patient monitoring and screening.
• Operates imaging equipment and keeps the room ready.
• Keeps documentation accurate in medical records and PACS.
