Ascension is seeking a Radiologic Technologist in Pensacola, FL to perform imaging in the Freestanding ED setting. You will prepare and position patients, select imaging parameters, and ensure safety throughout procedures.

Role requires Florida radiologic licensure and BLS; responsibilities include contrast administration and strict adherence to radiation safety guidelines in a rotating/PRN ED environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and position patients and select imaging parameters.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications per regulations.
• Observe patient during procedure and report abnormal activity.
• Monitor protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
