Job summary

RadNet is hiring a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT exams and monitor patients during procedures. You will administer contrast safely and guide patients through the process, answering questions and coordinating with physicians.

The role emphasizes patient care, HIPAA compliance, and professional conduct with colleagues. Requirements include state licensure/ARRT credentials and BLS where required, with a preference for at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience.

Qualifications

• State licensure and ARRT credentials are required or preferred for CT technologists.
• BLS certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient wellbeing during exams and address discomfort or medical issues.
• Administer contrast safely and effectively.
• Guide patients through procedures and answer questions about exam procedures.
• Respond to physician questions and support patient care needs.
• Safeguard patient information and company property on site.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities in all interactions.
• Interact diplomatically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.

ARRT (R) or ARRT (CT) certification
