Job summary

RadNet is seeking a CT Technologist to join a team that delivers high-quality radiologic CT exams and patient-centered care. You will monitor patient safety, administer contrast, and guide patients through imaging procedures with professionalism and empathy.

The role requires ARRT CT certification or state licensure where applicable, BLS, and typically at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• State licensure may be required; ARRT (R) and/or ARRT (CT) certifications preferred.
• BLS certification depending on state regulations.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams; recognize discomfort or medical problems and act.
• Administer contrast safely and effectively.
• Guide patients through procedures and answer questions about exam procedures.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications as per policy.
• Respect company property and patient financial information on-site or portals.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Demonstrate sensitivity to patient boundaries and cultural differences.
• Interact diplomatically with patients and families in a clinical setting.
