Candidates must have a completed Radiologic Technologist Program, ARRT certification, and preferably three years of CT experience. Competitive pay rate from $37.40 to $55.63 per hour is offered.
Qualifications
Completion of approved American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or equivalent.
Basic Life Support - CPR certification.
Three years of CT experience preferred.
Responsibilities

Job Summary And Responsibilities
Performs CT scans based on current protocols and/or radiologist recommendations. CT scans include but are not limited to: Trauma/ER, Perfusions, Routine Body, Routine Neuro, Cardiac and Interventional Procedures. Utilizes good radiation safety practices for patients, self and others. Uses ALARA on every exam when selecting parameters for exam based on patient age and habitus.
Displays competency performing procedures; follows National Patient Safety Goals for two patient identifiers, hand hygiene and universal precautions. Always produces high quality diagnostic exams. Accurately enters, selects and/or merges the correct patient identification information on the scanner and in PAC system.
Accurately and proficiently performs work-ups, such as perfusions & reconstructions, on the 3-D workstation.
Accurately and thoroughly completes hospital/department specific forms per protocol. Completes exams in Radnet.
