Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a CT Technologist for the Harmonized program at Lorain Hospital. You will perform CT scanning with high attention to patient care, ensure image quality, and support diagnostic workflows in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ARRT registration, BLS, and an associate degree in Radiologic Technology, with 1 year CT experience preferred. Training in EPIC EHR and PACS is also beneficial.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• ARRT registration required; BLS preferred on hire and must obtain prior to direct patient care.
• 1 year of CT or Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.
• EPIC EHR and PACS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanning equipment to produce diagnostic CT images.
• Ensure image quality and correct patient data before processing.
• Position patients correctly and ensure safety and comfort during procedures.
• Administer intravenous contrast as required and assist radiologists with invasive procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of CT IT systems, including Radiant and PACS.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
