Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography and molecular imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols. The role involves image preparation, evaluation, and post-processing, with opportunities to educate students and assist with interventional procedures.

Candidates should hold ARRT or NMTCB with ARRT-CT certification, have completed a Radiologic Technology program, and preferably hold a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• ARRT or NMTCB certification with ARRT-CT
• Graduate from Radiologic Technology program; Bachelor's preferred
• Commitment to safety, excellence, continuous learning, and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct patient identification and document clinical history while maintaining confidentiality.
• Use imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and follow ALARA principles.
• Prepare and/or administer medications via vascular access as prescribed.
• Evaluate image quality, verify data storage, and perform post-processing as needed.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers, and assist with interventional procedures.
• Perform prescribed CT procedures and participate in quality improvement activities
