Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Radiologic Technologist is required.
• CRT certification by State Radiologic Health Branch is required.
• BLS certification (AHA) is required.
• DOH license as Radiologic Technologist is required.
• ARRT certification across radiography/CT is expected.

Baptist Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join our CT Scan Department at Baptist ED Silverleaf in St. Augustine, Florida. This is a Part-Time Days position working shifts of 6:30am-7:00pm, with flexible scheduling. Participation in the on-call and holiday rotation is required.

Additional responsibilities of our CT technologists include operating and calibrating of GE equipment, preparing patients for their procedures which include administering IV contrast & patient positioning, providing clear explanations & education about the process, and ensuring the compliance with all regulatory standards.

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing high quality (CT) procedures in accordance to established protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams.
• Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with radiologists to provide optimal imaging results.
