Job summary

Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is seeking a CT Technologist for the Baptist South location in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time night role runs Monday–Thursday from 9:00pm to 7:00am with a sign-on bonus of up to $12,000.

Responsibilities include performing CT procedures, patient prep and positioning, monitoring vitals, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with radiologists and proper documentation are essential to deliver high-quality imaging services.

Qualifications

• Requires CRT certification and ARRT credentials.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• CT technologist duties include CT procedures and patient prep.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging.
• Monitor vital signs and comfort during exams.
• Operate and maintain CT equipment.
• Collaborate with radiologists for optimal imaging results.
• Maintain accurate procedure documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards.
• Educate patients about the CT process.
