Job summary

Baptist Health is hiring a CT Technologist for the CT Department at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time day position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a sign-on bonus up to $12,000 for eligible hires.

Responsibilities include performing high-quality CT procedures, preparing and positioning patients, monitoring comfort, operating GE CT equipment, and maintaining records while following radiation safety standards. ARDMS/ARRT CT certification within 18 months is required.

Qualifications

At Baptist, our CT Technologists are dedicated to delivering high quality imaging services, ensure both the comfort and safety of patients, and will thrive in a collaborative environment. Additional responsibilities of our CT technologists include operating and calibrating of GE equipment, preparing patients for their procedures which include administering IV contrast & patient positioning, providing clear explanations & education about the process, and ensuring the compliance with all regulatory standards.

CT Technologist, CT Department, Experience; 1-2 Years Radiology Technologist Experience Customer Service Experience Experience Working in a Hospital Setting

If hired, must pass certification in Computed Tomography from the ARDMS or ARRT (CT) within 18 months of hire date.
