Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking CT Technologists for contract opportunities at a partnering Hospital in Boston, MA. This role offers 40 hours per week with AM shifts, a 13-week contract, and potential extensions.

Ideal candidates hold an ARRT Radiography certificate (CT preferred), active license, BLS, and 1–2 years CT experience with strong anatomy knowledge and imaging protocols.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography; ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Using CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans for technical quality.

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details

• $2,450 - $2,750 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• AM shifts available
• 40 hrs/wk

Duties

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
