Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week contract in the Boston area. The role involves operating CT equipment to obtain diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety, and explaining procedures to patients.

ARRT CT certification is preferred, with ARRT radiography certification required and state licensure as applicable. Compensation is $2,450–$2,750 per week with medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance offerings.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography; ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details

• $2,450 - $2,750 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• AM shifts available
• 40 hrs/wk

Duties

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
