Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia, is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and provide a supportive patient experience. You will perform CT exams, adhere to ALARA principles, and monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the visit.

Required is a High School Diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, and BLS; minimum 1 year radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience in Radiology (minimum 1 year).
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines using proper technique.
• Maintain ALARA principles to minimize patient dose.
• Explain procedures and address patient questions to reduce anxiety.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy and safety throughout the exam.
• Document studies accurately in RIS/PACS and report any issues promptly.
