Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA, seeks a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and a compassionate patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, ensure patient safety, and maintain equipment and documentation per department guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• ARRT-R certification in Radiography required.
• ARRT-CT certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and maintain diagnostic image quality.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and adjust techniques to ALARA principles.
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain rooms and equipment per infection control schedules.
• Obtain clinical history and screen for contraindications; verify orders and patient identifiers.
• Explain procedures, prep, and post-care to patients and address questions.
• Complete accurate documentation and ensure studies are finalized in RIS/PACS; assist with patient transport and safety.
