Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia is hiring a CT Technologist who delivers high-quality imaging and supports a positive patient experience. The role requires ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, BLS, and at least 1 year of radiology experience.

Responsibilities include performing CT procedures, maintaining ALARA standards, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The position offers a full-time schedule with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography).
• Certifications: ARRT-CT – ARRT Computed Tomography.
• Certifications: BLS – American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and capture quality diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain diagnostic quality with ALARA mindset.
• Maintain and disinfect rooms/equipment per infection control schedules.
• Obtain clinical history, verify orders, and identify patients prior to exams.
• Explain procedures and handle patient questions to reduce anxiety.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety during visits.
• Administer contrast per protocol using proper venipuncture technique.
