Job summary

Hartford HealthCare in Norwalk, Connecticut is seeking CT Technologists to perform diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures at a dedicated cardiovascular walk-in center. You will assist the radiologist in producing accurate cross sectional images and support complex invasive exams with proper sterile technique.

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Connecticut Department of Public Health prior to hire date.
• CT Advanced certification by ARRT required within 12 months of job entry date.

Responsibilities

• The CT Technologist performs diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures at a dedicated cardiovascular walk-in center according to established protocols to assist the referring physician in diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in complex invasive CT examinations by assisting the Radiologist or Physician's Assistant using proper sterile technique and producing CT images.
