Job summary

Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is seeking a CT Technologist for on-site work at the VA Portland Health Care System in Vancouver, WA. The role includes operating CT and Angio environments, preparing contrast under radiologist guidance, and ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation. Minimum qualifications include two years of advanced CT experience with ARRT certification, BLS, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• CT Technologist with 2+ years of advanced CT experience and ARRT certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficient in English; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day safe operation of the CT and Angio environment.
• Prepares contrast materials under radiologist direction for exams requiring injectable or consumable solutions.
• Records radiation doses and generates dose reports for fluoroscopy exams.
• Interprets radiology requests for accuracy and coordinates exams with radiologists.
• Maintains infection control, sterile technique, and safety policies during procedures.
• Performs CT imaging and interventional radiography, including specialized series as requested.
