Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures and related techniques at Ocean Care Center in Point Pleasant, NJ. The role includes patient preparation, contrast administration, and collaboration with clinicians to ensure high-quality imaging.

Requirements include ARRT CT certification within 9 months, NJ radiology license, and strong communication and computer skills. A pro-rated sign-on bonus is available for eligible part-time candidates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office/Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Perform complex CT procedures and generate diagnostic images.
• Evaluate radiographs for proper identification and diagnostic value.
• Prepare protocols for scanning and patient safety; gather information from records.
• Determine patient preparation and assist with CT-guided interventional procedures.
• Administer contrast following established protocols.
• Provide clear explanations and address patient questions.
