Qualifications

• GED or equivalent diploma.
• Completion of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT CT certification within 9 months of hire.
• NJ state license for Diagnostic Radiology.
• AHA BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex CT procedures and post-processing.
• Evaluate radiographs for proper ID and diagnostic quality.
• Prepare protocols using patient data and safety considerations.
• Confer with providers and ensure patient preparation for procedures.
• Administer contrast and monitor patient condition during scans.
• Operate EPIC, PACS and related hospital systems.
• Adhere to infection control and patient safety guidelines.
• Lifts, positions, and ensures patient comfort during imaging.
• On-call assignments and weekend/holiday coverage as required.
