Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic CT scans following established protocols to support physicians. You will select exposure factors, apply appropriate algorithms, and ensure high-quality cross-sectional images for radiologists.

Responsibilities include assisting in complex CT examinations with sterile technique and producing images for accurate diagnoses, while contributing to a patient-centered care environment across Hartford HealthCare

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited radiography program with licensure/registration.
• Connecticut radiographer license is required.
• ARRT CT Advanced certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures using correct exposure factors, algorithms and fields.
• Assist Radiologist or PA in complex invasive CT exams with sterile technique.
• Produce technically accurate CT images to aid diagnosis and treatment.
