Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures as needed. The candidate will assist physicians in diagnosis, ensuring technical accuracy in imaging while adhering to established protocols.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Radiography program, hold a Connecticut state Radiographer license, and obtain CT Advanced certification by ARRT within 12 months. Experience as a CT Technologist or in a Radiology setting is preferred, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.
• Connecticut state Radiographer license required.
• CT Advanced certification by ARRT within 12 months of hire required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures according to established protocols.
• Assist the Radiologist or Physician's Assistant using proper sterile technique.
• Produce accurate cross-sectional images to assist in diagnosis.
