Job summary

Sterling Medical is seeking a CT Technologist to join a military medical facility at JBLM, Tacoma, WA. The role involves performing CT imaging, administering contrast, and ensuring diagnostic quality in a high-volume setting.

You will work with Siemens 64-slice scanners, maintain documentation, and monitor patients throughout procedures, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification; CT certification preferred.
• Previous clinical CT experience.
• Experience operating CT equipment in a clinical setting.
• Ability to complete required credentialing and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging using Siemens 64-slice scanners.
• Conduct routine and STAT radiographic procedures as needed.
• Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast and review required labs prior to imaging.
• Complete daily QA and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
• Work within Fuji Synapse PACS and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond to adverse reactions.

Location: Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Tacoma, WA
Employment: Full-Time | Long-Term W2 Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Compensation: $65/hour total compensation

What You'll Be Doing

Work Environment

You'll be part of a high-volume imaging team supporting a military medical treatment facility. The department provides imaging services across outpatient, inpatient, emergency department, and trauma settings.
