Job summary

Sterling Medical seeks a CT Technologist for a full-time, long-term W2 contract at JBLM in Tacoma, WA. The role involves performing CT imaging on Siemens 64-slice scanners, conducting routine and STAT radiographic procedures, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic images.

You will operate Fuji Synapse PACS, review labs, monitor patients, and maintain documentation. ARRt certification preferred; relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification; CT certification preferred.
• Previous clinical CT experience in a hospital or clinic.
• Experience operating CT equipment in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging using Siemens 64-slice scanners.
• Conduct routine and STAT radiographic procedures as needed.
• Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast and review required labs prior to imaging.
• Complete daily QA and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
• Work within Fuji Synapse PACS and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to adverse reactions.

Work Environment

You'll be part of a high-volume imaging team supporting a military medical treatment facility. The department provides imaging services across outpatient, inpatient, emergency department, and trauma settings.

Requirements
