Job summary

Sterling Medical is actively seeking a CT Technologist to perform imaging on Siemens 64-slice scanners at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Tacoma, WA. The role is a full-time, long-term W2 contract with a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule, and relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities include routine CT exams, contrast administration, QA, documentation, and operating Fuji Synapse PACS. ARRT CT certification is preferred; prior CT experience and ability to credential are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification; CT certification preferred.
• Previous clinical CT experience.
• Experience operating CT equipment in a clinical setting.
• Ability to complete required credentialing and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging using Siemens 64-slice scanners.
• Conduct routine and STAT radiographic procedures as needed.
• Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast and review required labs prior to imaging.
• Complete daily QA and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
• Work within Fuji Synapse PACS and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to adverse reactions.

Work Environment

You'll be part of a high-volume imaging team supporting a military medical treatment facility. The department provides imaging services across outpatient, inpatient, emergency department, and trauma settings.
