Job summary

Sterling Medical is seeking a CT Technologist for a full-time, long-term W2 contract at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, WA. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with a total compensation of $65/hour.

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will perform CT imaging on Siemens 64-slice scanners, handle routine and STAT radiographic procedures, administer contrast, review labs, and ensure high-quality images within Fuji Synapse PACS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification; CT certification preferred.
• Previous clinical CT experience and ability to operate CT equipment in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging using Siemens 64-slice scanners.
• Conduct routine and STAT radiographic procedures as needed.
• Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast and review required labs prior to imaging.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform CT imaging using Siemens 64-slice scanners
• Conduct routine and STAT radiographic procedures as needed
• Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast and review required labs prior to imaging
• Complete daily QA and ensure high-quality diagnostic images
• Work within Fuji Synapse PACS and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to adverse reactions

Work Environment

You'll be part of a high-volume imaging team supporting a military medical treatment facility. The department provides imaging services across outpatient, inpatient, emergency department, and trauma settings.

Requirements
