Akumin is hiring for a CT Technologist at our Sarasota, FL facility in a full-time role focused on patient safety and high-quality CT studies. You will communicate with radiologists and staff to ensure smooth operations and may train new technologists and patient coordinators as needed.

Required: ARRT CT certification, valid state license, CPR certification, and a strong customer service mindset. The position emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced imaging environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ARRT CT certification and state license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with radiology imaging and CT protocols preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and quality CT imaging.
• Communicate with radiologists and staff to coordinate patient care.
• Train new technologists and patient coordinators as needed.
• Troubleshoot CT scanner and peripheral equipment.
