Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA, is seeking a Diagnostic CT Technologist to perform CT examinations for a broad patient population under supervision. You will assist Radiologists with interventional and diagnostic procedures, while delivering exceptional patient care and adhering to radiation safety standards.

The role requires graduation from an accredited radiological program, ARRT or NMTCB certification, and Massachusetts licensure, with a focus on accurate data entry and collaboration

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or NMTCB certified in diagnostic CT.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan examinations appropriate to patient age in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
• Assist Radiologist with diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Deliver patient care while adhering to radiation safety standards.
• Prepare and manage supplies, records, and scheduling for exams.
