Job summary

Adventist Health Hanford is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment and perform related imaging procedures in a hospital setting with outpatient clinics. The role includes radiography and fluoroscopy, with emphasis on patient safety and image quality.

The candidate should have an associate degree in radiologic technology (preferred), ARRT CT certification, CA licensure, and BLS. A $10,000 sign-on incentive is offered for qualifying applicants.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• ARRT RT license required; CA radiologic tech license required.
• BLS certification required.
• CT certification preferred in CA; ARRT-CT required.
• Fluoroscopy license preferred in CA/OR.
• Venipuncture certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment and produces diagnostic cross-sectional images.
• Performs general radiography and fluoroscopy as needed.
• Maintains patient records and adheres to HIPAA and privacy guidelines.
• Calibrates and maintains imaging equipment; manages supplies.
• Transfers images via PACS and teleradiology systems for interpretation.
• Assesses patients across age ranges from adolescent to geriatric.
