Job summary

Adventist Health Glendale is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment and produce diagnostic images. The role includes performing CT, radiography, and fluoroscopy procedures, with an emphasis on image quality and patient safety.

Responsibilities include image transfer via PACS and adherence to HIPAA guidelines. Qualifications include ARRT CT certification and CA Radiologic Tech licensure; a preferred Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• Licensure requirements: ARRT CT certification and state license in CA.
• BLS or equivalent certification required.
• Fluoroscopy license preferred in CA and OR.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation.
• Perform a range of imaging procedures including CT, radiography, and fluoroscopy.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment; manage supply inventory.
• Adhere to image transfer protocols via PACS and teleradiology systems.
