Job summary

Adventist Health Ukiah Valley seeks a Radiologic Technologist to operate CT equipment and perform a range of imaging procedures, including CT, radiography and fluoroscopy.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred), ARRT RT (R)(CT) certification, CA licensure, BLS, and venipuncture certification. The role requires maintaining patient data with HIPAA guidelines and using PACS and teleradiology systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• ARRT RT (R)(CT) certification required.
• Radiologic Tech in the state of practice required in CA.
• Fluoroscopy license in CA if operating fluoroscopy equipment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Venipuncture certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for patients from adolescence through geriatric.
• Produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
• Uses PACS and teleradiology system to transfer images to the appropriate location.
• Maintains accurate records, files and billing information.
• Ensures the integrity of patient medical images and data in HIPAA compliance.
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manages supply inventory.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
