Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ seeks a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to perform CAT scans per radiologist protocols and operate CT during IR procedures in the CT department.

Requires AMA approved Radiologic Technologist program, CT program enrollment, ARRT/NJ-RADTECH licenses, BLS, and CT certification; pediatrics and cardiac experience preferred. Includes a 10K sign-on bonus and a 2-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA Approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Enrollment in or graduation from a qualified Computed Tomography program preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current ARRT License.
• Current NJ-RADTECH License.
• ARRT Board Certified in Computed Tomography preferred; if not at hire, within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAT scan procedures following radiologist protocols in the CT department.
• Operate the CT scanner during interventional radiology procedures.
• Maintain the work area, report equipment maintenance issues, and monitor supplies.
• Participate in clinical activities and adhere to infection prevention policies with proper PPE.
