Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a CT Technologist II to perform CT exams, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality imaging for diagnoses. The role is based at Highland Park Hospital and requires CPR and Advanced CT certification, with at least 5 years CT experience ideal.

The position is full-time with weekend hours, on-call duties, and local travel. Eligible for annual incentives, shift pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program.
• CPR Certification required; Advanced CT Certification required.
• Previous CT Technologist experience – at least 5 years preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams for physicians to diagnose and treat patients per standards and procedures.
• Prepare patients for exams, record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure comfort.
• Complete paperwork and submit images to radiologist promptly.
• Review CT images to ensure optimum quality.

Hourly Pay Range

$35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

CT Technologist II Position Highlights

• Sign on Bonus: $10,000
• Position: CT Technologist II
• Location: Highland Park Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
• Hours: Sunday from 7am-11pm, and every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 2pm-10:30pm
• On Call: Yes
• Required Travel: Local

What you will do

• Perform CT exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures
• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
• Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner
• Review CT's to ensure optimum quality

What you will need

• Education: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program
• Certification: CPR Certification required; Advanced CT Certification required
• Experience: Previous CT Technologist experience – at least 5 years preferred
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
