Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a CT Technologist II at Skokie Hospital to perform CT exams, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality imaging. This full-time role involves collaboration with radiologists and adherence to department standards.

The position requires Radiology certification or associate degree, CPR, and Advanced CT certification, with preferred 5+ years CT experience and strong customer service skills. On-site role with family-friendly benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous CT Technologist experience – at least 5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams for physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness/injury, per departmental standards, policies and procedures.
• Prepare patients for exam: obtain history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure comfort.
• Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist promptly.
• Review CTs to ensure optimum quality.

Hourly Pay Range: $35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will do

• Perform CT exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures
• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
• Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner
• Review CT's to ensure optimum quality

What you will need

• Education: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program
• Certification: CPR Certification required; Advanced CT Certification required
• Experience: Previous CT Technologist experience – at least 5 years preferred
