Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT procedures on adult and pediatric patients, ensuring accuracy and safety.

You will prepare patients and equipment, perform studies independently or on-call, conduct portable exams, and uphold quality control; cross-train in CT and maintain high imaging standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school training in radiologic technology.
• Valid licensure (IEMA for Illinois, RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES) preferred.
• CPR and IV therapy certifications preferred.

Role

CT Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

Prepare patients and equipment, perform studies independently or in on-call situations, conduct portable exams, and ensure quality control.

Qualifications

Associate degree or trade school training; valid licensure (IEMA for Illinois, RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES); CPR and IV therapy certifications preferred.

Skills

Ability to perform imaging procedures accurately, work independently, and cross-train in CT. Strong attention to detail and patient care skills are essential.
