About the Job

As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT exams, working closely with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging results. The ideal candidate has strong imaging skills, excellent patient care, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Shift: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
  • Location: Intermountain Health St. George Hospital
  • Review minimum qualifications before applying
Role Responsibilities
  • Maintain ARRT or modality-specific competency
  • Ensure proper patient identification and exam preparation
  • Perform exams, review images for quality
  • Follow radiation safety guidelines
  • Complete studies efficiently without compromising quality
  • Assist and instruct students and colleagues
  • Provide patient education and ensure comfort
  • Practice infection control and operate CT equipment
  • Keep accurate records and follow protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ARRT (RT) Radiography Certification/Registration
  • Relevant state licensure
  • BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • ARRT (RT)(CT) Certification
  • 1+ years CT experience
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to read information, operate monitors, assess patient needs
  • Manual dexterity for equipment manipulation
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients
  • Stand, walk, and navigate busy environments
Additional Details
  • Location: Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital, Utah
  • Hours: $34.06 - $52.55 hourly, dependent on experience
