Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate a multi-slice CT scanner, begin IVs, and manage contrast administration under physician direction. The role emphasizes exemplary patient care within a supportive team environment and continued radiology practice in X-ray and Fluoroscopy.

Licensed to practice in Washington with ARRT credentials and BLS required; CT registration or Nuclear Medicine CT options within one year are preferred.

Qualifications

Participates and is engaged in a team framework and maintains a positive approach and attitude. Continues to use their radiology technology experience doing diagnostic X-ray and Fluoroscopy work.

Required Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program
• Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
• Within 1 year of hire:
• National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography --or--
• National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with one-year in a CT Scan department preferred
