Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Tri-Cities, Washington seeks a per diem CT Technologist to perform CT imaging for diagnostic purposes under supervision, while assisting physicians as needed. The role emphasizes safety, accurate imaging, and patient comfort in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The position requires completed radiologic technology training, proper licensure, and ARRT certifications. Per diem schedules may include variable shifts with on-call expectations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist license.
• Upon hire: American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Upon hire: ARRT Radiography certification.
• Within 1 year: ARRT Computed Tomography certification.
• Within 60 days: Washington Medical Assistant Registration.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans for diagnosis and treatment.
• Assist physician during procedures as required.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and clinical policies.
• Maintain imaging equipment and document procedures.

DescriptionUnder the general supervision of the CT Supervisor provides computerized tomography to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, assists physician as required and does related work as assigned. Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Within 1 year of hire National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography
• Within 1 year of hire National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
• Within 60 days of hire Washington Medical Assistant Registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Imaging.
• 2 years' experience as a registered technologist performing CT Scan or special procedures.

Pay Range
