Job summary

Providence Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT imaging on a per diem/on-call basis. You will operate CT equipment, ensure patient safety, and assist physicians in diagnostic procedures with a focus on quality and compassion.

The position requires completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, WA licensure, ARRT credentials (Radiography, CT), and appropriate BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: ARRT Radiography.
• Within 1 year: ARRT CT or Nuclear Medicine CT board certification.
• Within 60 days: Washington Medical Assistant Registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide computerized tomography to patients for diagnosis or treatment.
• Assist physicians as required and perform related duties.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Job description

Under the general supervision of the CT Supervisor provides computerized tomography to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, assists physician as required and does related work as assigned.

Shift Details

Per diem/On-call, Variable shift.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Within 1 year of hire National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography or
  • Within 1 year of hire National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
• Within 60 days of hire Washington Medical Assistant Registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's DegreeinMedical Imagingor
  • Bachelor's DegreeinMedical Imaging.
• 2 years' experience as a registered technologist performing CT Scan or special procedures.
