Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging and related procedures, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images. The role requires patient-focused care across all age groups and adherence to safety standards.
The incumbent will supervise staff in the Diagnostic section and contribute to policy and standards in line with regulatory guidelines. A strong radiology background and ARRT-R certification are essential for this position.
Hourly Wage Estimate: $42.52 – $63.74 per hour.

Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patients served in his/her department. Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s requirements relative to his or her age‑specific needs, and provide the care needed as described in the department’s policies and procedures. Provide health‑care services applying x‑ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Perform Computed Tomography and related procedures to demonstrate sectional anatomic images for interpretation by, or at the request of, a licensed practitioner. Exercise professional judgment in performance of services and maintain a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics. Provide appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential to the successful completion of the procedure. Provide services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Provide leadership and supervision of all employees and students in the Diagnostic section. Formulate technical goals, establish standards of practice, and recommend policy that is in compliance with all regulatory agencies and corporate guidelines.
