Hourly Wage Estimate: $33.27 - $51.00 / hour.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Cat Scan Technologists use computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross‑section images of patients’ internal organs and tissues for diagnosis. A CT Technologist must accurately interpret physicians’ scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate CT equipment, and position patients for appropriate images.

Your role responsibilities include:

Solid to expert knowledge of all CT procedures.
Communicate and work independently in performing all CT procedures for patients ranging from newborn to late adulthood.
Use CT equipment to capture images from different angles.
Prepare patients for radiological procedure by positioning, adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment, and setting exposure factors.
Reflect genuine concern and consideration when interacting with patients, medical staff, and employees.

Required qualifications:

Graduate of a 24‑month AMA‑approved school of Radiologic Technology, Certified by ARRT.
ARRT(RT)(CT) certification required; CE compliance and current BLS certification required.
Minimum 1 year of diagnostic experience; CT experience preferred.
Solid to expert knowledge of all CT procedures.
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Associate degree or certificate.
