Qualifications

• Washington Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Radiography - ARRT upon hire.
• Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography or National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs CT procedures using a multi‑slice CT scanner, applying sound clinical judgment to ensure imaging quality and patient safety.
• Operates power injectors and patient monitoring equipment per established protocols.
• Starts IVs and administers IV, oral, or rectal contrast as directed by the onsite physician.
• Delivers exemplary customer service with clear communication, compassion, and professionalism.
• Participates in a team‑based environment with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Performs diagnostic X‑ray and fluoroscopy procedures as needed.

The CT Technologist performs a broad range of advanced technical and patient care procedures requiring independent judgment while operating a multi‑slice CT scanner. This role combines technical expertise with exceptional patient interaction to deliver high‑quality diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently performs CT procedures using a multi‑slice CT scanner, applying sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal imaging quality and patient safety
• Operates power injectors and patient monitoring equipment in accordance with established protocols
• Starts IVs and administers IV, oral, or rectal contrast as directed by the onsite physician
• Delivers exemplary customer service by providing clear communication, compassion, and professionalism throughout the patient experience
• Actively participates in a team‑based environment, maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude
• Continues to utilize radiologic technology expertise by performing diagnostic X‑ray and fluoroscopy procedures as needed
