Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a CT Technologist for our South Irving outpatient imaging center. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and multiple benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

The CT Technologist will perform high-quality CT procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, administer contrast as ordered, and collaborate with radiologists and staff to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• ARRT certification.
• CT registry.
• Current license from state medical board (if applicable)
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality.
• Administer contrast media in accordance with physician orders and company policies.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain CT equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas.

Position Summary

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality
• Administer contrast media in accordance with physician orders and company policies
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• Registry in Computed Tomography (CT)
