Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and a supportive patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, operate imaging equipment, verify orders, explain procedures using AIDET, and document findings in RIS/PACS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications are required.
• BLS certification is required or current.
• Minimum of 1 year radiology experience preferred.

Job description

The role involves applying expertise as a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and a supportive patient experience.

Key responsibilities include

performing CT procedures in accordance with department guidelines, operating imaging equipment independently, maintaining cleanliness and equipment, obtaining clinical history, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will verify orders, explain procedures using AIDET, administer contrast with sterile technique, position patients correctly, review images for diagnostic quality, and document findings accurately in RIS/PACS systems. Additional duties involve monitoring patient conditions, responding to emergencies, supporting department workflows, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications include

high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited radiologic technology program, at least one year of radiology experience, and certifications in ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, and BLS.
