Touchstone Medical Imaging, a Lumexa Imaging partner, seeks a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT procedures in our outpatient imaging center in North Garland, TX. The role emphasizes patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging in a fast-paced setting.

The Technologist will work in collaboration with radiologists and staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences while adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• Registry in Computed Tomography (CT).

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality.
• Administer contrast media per orders and company policies.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures for safety and comfort.
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain CT equipment and report issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program

Position Summary

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
