Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a CT Technologist to perform cross-sectional CT imaging under supervision, producing detailed internal images to aid diagnoses.

Location is in Washington state, with a focus on safety and patient comfort. The ideal candidate has completed an accredited radiologic program, holds WA certification, ARRT radiography registration, and CT/NM certification within a year, plus CT experience.

Qualifications

• Must complete an accredited radiologic training program.
• Current WA Radiologic Technologist certification and ARRT Radiography registration.
• CT/NM certification within one year; minimum six months CT experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment to capture accurate internal images.
• Follow department protocols and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with medical staff to support diagnostic processes.

Job description

Role Overview:

The CT Technologist performs cross-sectional imaging using CT scanners under the supervision of department leaders and radiologists. Their duties include producing detailed images of internal organs and tissues to aid in diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment to capture accurate internal images.
• Follow department protocols and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with medical staff to support diagnostic processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completion of an accredited radiologic training program.
• Current Washington Radiologic Technologist certification.
• National Provider BLS certification.
• Registration as an ARRT Radiography Technologist and within one year, certification as a CT Technologist or Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Minimum six months of CT scanning experience as an ARRT(R) technologist; preferred one year of CT experience.
