Rochester Regional Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging and assist radiologists with CT interventional procedures, delivering high-quality images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
The role requires NYS Radiologic Technology licensure (or six-month window to licensure), ARRT-R certification within six months, and NYS Injection Certification, with on-call coverage for the CT Section of Radiology.

As a CT Technologist, your ability to empathize with patients, specialized technical skills, and dedication to quality, greatly enhances the overall success of imaging for diagnostic use in patient care in RRH Radiology. Performs Computed Tomography (CT) imaging and assists radiologists in performing CT Interventional procedures, obtaining images of good diagnostic quality while providing maximum comfort and safety to patients undergoing these procedures.
Moderate - Clinical - Moderate clinical roles are patient facing roles that require continual movement, including standing, walking, and lifting 20–50 lbs., along with pushing and pulling medical equipment and assisting with patient positioning. Employees perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching while completing fine motor tasks in busy or confined clinical environments. High sensory acuity is essential for monitoring patient status and responding to alarms or safety concerns. Emotional and cognitive demands are substantial, involving decision-making under pressure, responding to emergencies, and maintaining sustained focus. Environmental exposures include infectious agents, bodily fluids, chemicals, and radiation. TB testing, mask-fit testing, and physical exams are common requirements. For disease specific care programs refer to the program specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations, including continuing education requirements. PAY RANGE: $32.00 - $44.00 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14621 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
